If you have not received your tracking number or have lost it, simply input your order number and email address found in your order receipt to retrieve your tracking number. If you are unable to retrieve your tracking information after you've placed an order for more than 5 business days, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
What if my tracking says "unavailable"?
If you are trying to track your package but you are experiencing this issue please do not worry. When our product is in transit from overseas the tracking number temporarily stops working for about 5 business days. Once your product lands in the US, the tracking number will pick back up and start working again.
